PAGCOR ruled at the Q1 2026 Pinoy iGaming Summit (Manila, March 1-2) that all aligned operators must display wagering multiplier and cash-out cap above-the-fold on every bonus promotion page, with maximum two-click depth to the slot exclusion list. Effective July 1, 2026.
